QualDATA is a unique company that emerged out of the different streams of consultancy undertaken through Jeff Coutts’ and Gordon Stone’s original companies whose focus included monitoring and evaluation, technology adoption, extension, capacity building, social research and R&D management.

We are a company experienced in working with program managers to develop their program logic and establish effective monitoring, evaluation and reporting frameworks, methods and processes. Our expertise is also in the design of data collection tools, the collection, analysis and reporting.

The two principals of QualDATA are Dr Jeff Coutts and Gordon Stone – both highly experienced (over 17 years) in planning and undertaking monitoring and evaluation and reporting for organisations, large and small programs and strategic projects.
