We understand that sometimes through a lack of time and/or resources you may need extra support to be better able to report your successes and demonstrate the value of your work

QualDATA’s new online evaluation tool – the YourDATA Feedback Sheet Reporter (FSReporter) – has been specifically designed to be part of a clear process to help you report back on activities (including meetings, discussion groups, field days, seminars, workshops).

Have a look at the six data collection steps and see where we could fit in.

1. Plan your project activity schedule – Calendar them in and start organising. Then let us know when you need our help
2. Design a suitable activity feedback sheet (can be based on a QualDATA template) – with the FSReporter you would have access to feedback sheet templates to help ensure that you are asking the right type of questions.
3. Provide the feedback sheet to participants at the end – ensuring as many as possible complete it – you don’t need us for this one!
4. Collate the data– We can provide you with an online central collation point that anyone can use to enter data.
5. Prepare a useful and easy to read report highlighting the impacts– The FSReporter provides concise report of your data. The level and presentation of the report depends on which FSReporting option you require (see below).
6. Send to relevant supervisors, committees, funders or stakeholders and discuss the findings so they understand the impact of what you have achieved – Time to show what you have done!

If this sounds like something you could use, you have three options.

• Option 1 includes access to a simple yet effective online report of your aggregated data for which you can email the link around to others – as well as a PDF version. This report can include your logo – just make sure you get it to us! This will cost you only $397 + GST
• Option 2 includes the online report as well as a professionally presented PDF (also available as PowerPoint for presentation convenience – example) report including independently reviewed key messages and a summary statement up front created by QualDATA for you. This will cost you only $794 +GST
• Option 3 is when you want to cover a series of activities (up to 10) using the same feedback sheet and need to demonstrate changes (in group attitude or actions, for example) over time. This report is presented in the same format as option B and includes key messages and a summary statement. This will cost you only $1,497 +GST

All the Options include:

1. Personal support by QualDATA throughout the process.
2. Access to relevant QualDATA Feedback Sheet templates.
3. Access to your own online personal central data collation portal sitting in the QualDATA system. This is basically where the data from your data collection sheet ends up (after being provided to QualDATA) online. You may enter the raw data yourself, or there is a small cost for QualDATA to do this for you
4. Provision of your aggregated raw data in an excel format – for use when needed
5. A report of your data – and this is where the options differ.
