Determining KASA

The two big ones – clear Objectives and defined Stakeholders

I recently attended a training workshop with a strong focus on MER. Participants were set the task to think strategically about the fit of Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting into everyday work.  My job was to provide an overview to ensure that they were focused on undertaking cost effective project work.
